RM Webhosting...

Okay so the scenario is..

 

We have had our website built (before i started) the guy has been waiting for details of hosting so he can install the cms database... I have rung RM and there going to ring back but whilst im waiting for htem is there anything i can do to get ahead? Because i dont understand what part of the hosting he needs to get into to get access to install his CMS Database?

He'll need access to upload his files to the webserver (eg FTP details) and access to the websever management tools to configure things.

I have RM linux hosting and they use cpanel.

 

I don't think there is much you can do until you get the details from RM.
