OCS-NG and GLPI problem

I am having a problem with OCS-NG where it is constantly creating duplicate records for the few machines on the network without serial numbers embedded in their BIOS. Before I can run an update of GLPI I have to go in and manually merge duplicate records else I end up with mutliple copies of the same pc in glpi.

 

Is there any solution to this problem?

Which settings where? In OCS-NG?

 

Edit: Ah, I see. In OCS-NG. It was set to serial, hostname and mac address. I have changed it to just mac address - as I don't do any spoofing.
