PoE Problems

I have a Cisco WS-C3560-8PC in our maintenance dept that shows the following when I run a show power inline.

I have two Cisco PoE phones hooked up to this switch that are on and I can see when I run show CDP Neighbor any ideas. I have reset the switch physically. I'm guessing this thing is fried I just wanted a second opinion.

They are actually using the PoE for power I double checked. Sorry posted the wrong output they are on auto.

If you bought it new just get the supplier to raise a TAC with Cisco, if they can't advise of a fix then they will replace it.

No luck with the first commands. This switch is out of warranty so I think it's time to get a new one. We are going to have our electrician look at the power in this building before replacing the switch.

It's under cisco lifetime waranty, so long as you know who you got it from.

 

 

I would download and install the latest IOS from cisco for the model as it may be a IOS glitch.
