CLEO Network Edge device password

Does ANYBODY know the BIOS password to get into one of the CLEO NED boxes? They were the original cachepilot replacements. I want to re-use the box but cannot boot to anything other than the HDD because the BIOS is locked. Obviously I could remove the motherboard battery but I thought I'd try here first.

 

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I just called One Connect Ltd who have taken over from CLEO. They were very abrupt and basically just said "It's our box and you can't have the password."

 

I said "What's stopping me removing the motherboard battery?"

 

Them: "You are not allowed to do that. It's our property and you would be in breach of contract if you did that."

 

Me: "I don't have a copy of this supposed contract. Can you send me a copy please?"

 

Them: "No. I have no idea where they are."

 

Me: "You might want to stop referring to yourselves as a 'helpdesk'. 'hinderdesk' is more appropriate"

 

Them: "Was there anything else?"

It's in the CLEO terms and conditions about the NED box because I've just beaten them round the head with it fairly recently.
