I have a Panasonic pbx TDA100 and the KX-T7730 phone, I wish to do a call forwarding on a extension if its busy.

could anyone help me please?

It depends on if you have a TVM (auto-attend and voicemail) unit attached to it.

@ Chris: Itsnt what I'm looking for... I want to fix call forwarding permanently for an extension, so if this one is busy, the call is directly forwarded to another extension... I just dont want to loose any call... Maybe a call waiting could be helpfull. @hit: No I dont have a TVM unit.

 

Anyway, I did it a while ago for another extension (if the 100 is busy, the call redirected to extension 200)... But I cant find how anymore.

Try this...

Press Program, then 50, then 3, followed by the extension number. The '3' selects forward on busy; '4' would do forward on no answer; '5' would do forward on busy or no answer.
