Backup and restore certain features/roles only?

Hi,

 

One of our servers could do with a clean install but is currently the WSUS, WDS, MDT, ESET antivirus server.

 

Is there anyway to just back these applications up only so i can install from a server disk and just restore the services?

 

The most important is probably WSUS and MDT.

WSUS takes only 10 mins to install from scratch.

Because its the upstream server to five other server, will the other servers auto detect after install or will we have to reconfigure them all?

 

Not a big job but would like to know before going ahead.
