Hi all

Trying to update to Autumn 2012 (7.148.33) and having a nightmare. The update downloads and SOLUS3 then says it cannot verify the package / invalid signature. I've tried to download and import manually, but it says the same.

I'm waiting on Capita to give me a call back, but wanted to check if anyone else has been having problems with this please?

Thanks :)

Any joy with Capita? Usually it means the download was incomplete or corrupt. I don't use Solus 3, but I used to get download errors all the time on a slow connection as it would time out. Maybe someone can confirm the file size..?

Afraid not, I keep getting fobbed off when calling up and an email so far not replied to.

Good idea on the file size - I have 131325859 bytes (125.242mb) - anyone else?

Thanks vikpaw

Hmm, my iso download was 232MB but that doesn't help. The release note on SupportNet has a link for LAs to check they have all the files correctly. It's a CSV, would be a manual task to compare each file you have, but if you're doing nothing else you could dump a file list from command prompt and whack it into Excel to do a comparison.

It's 131,325,859 bytes (125.242Mb) in my SOLUS3 repository too. Status is Downloaded though and had no issues with downloading it either.

I was getting the same thing last week when i was trying to roll out the first FMS upgrade though SOLUS3, in the end support removed the file from the repository area and re-downloaded the file again, i asked if i was going to have this problem when i came to rolling out the SIMS update, he said i might and to delete all the files in the repository and re-download them all again.

Hope this helps
