[sims] Solus 3 - can't get past first stage!

Installing Solus 3 (new blank server!) and I've entered our (unauthenticated) proxy server details, postcode and establishment code. Every time I try to register it it comes back (very quickly) with the message 'Unable to match establishment number and postcode' and the proxy shows no attempts to go outside. This proxy is used by lots of other servers and they all work fine downloading updates etc.

 

Anyone else had a similar problem? I know solus 3 has it issues but I was expecting to at least get the thing up and running!

I was told an hour ago that Capita were having problems with the SOLUS servers today. Could be your issue

Hopefully Stuart hit the nail on the head but have you actually registered your site with (CCS) Capita to use Solus?

 

This could generate that error.

Looks like that might have been the problem, it's working now!
