Local profiles on c: drive

on a windows network what do i have to do to stop a user profile from being stored on the local C: Drive of a networked machine

--Administrative Templates

---System/User Profiles

----"Delete user profiles older than a specified number of days on system restart"

 

Also there is an option "delete cached copies of roaming profiles"

Are you looking at that from your server? What OS is the server?
