HAP+8.1 Menu Bar Tiles + Live Tiles

Hi Nick,

 

How do I edit the menu bar?

 

At the moment I have tiles in the menu bar that i only want to show to admins or admins and staff but staff and students can see all of the tiles available. (remote apps, logon tracker setup tile and any others that i create but set to domain admins only). Admittedly when they click on that they get access denied (unless it is an external link) but I would prefer it if they couldn't see those tiles at all.

 

Also Should the booking system be a live tile like the help desk? When a user has no bookings they see the calendar icon, when they have bookings all they see are their bookings, the calendar icon doesnt come back. The Help desk live tile seems to be holding on to a ticket number even though it's closed.

 

I've attached screenshots for you to see.

 

Can you edit the size of tiles?

Ignore the menu bar part please. I've just realised its IE caching between me switching users to test and not closing IE down.

 

Live tile questions still stand though please.

The calendar/booking system icons are different from the help desk and don't rotate
