Techdw Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Hi Guys, I have built a remote app server for staff to access when they are at home, now everything works as it should but one part I am stuck with is getting single sign on. I log into remote app fine, click on the App I want to run, then it comes up with a box to connect then comes up with another box to put the users credentials in again User@domain, how to I get round this? Thanks
cpjitservices Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Sounds a lot like Terminal Services..... Which does work with Single Sign On - although personally i think it's more secure when you have to manually enter a password.
spc-rocket Posted November 1, 2012 Posted November 1, 2012 Hi, This is down to the cookie issue with the one the .js script that is used on the site although there may be certificate issues. You may want to look at the following blog/article to see if this is the problem you're having. Techdw Posted November 8, 2012 Author Posted November 8, 2012 Run into another problem now, it says it cant connect to the remote computer if I try it at home for example, but when I try it in work in works fine. Hitting my head against a wall now.

Techdw Posted January 17, 2013 Author Posted January 17, 2013 OK still no luck, Its saying ' This computer can't connect to the remote computer'
Techdw Posted January 21, 2013 Author Posted January 21, 2013 Any one have an idea of what the problem could be!
Achandler Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 So when at home, it says cannot connect to the computer? But it is fine in work except for the lack of SSO? Have you tried using the apps through the RD Web Access (I assume it still sets it up)?
Techdw Posted January 21, 2013 Author Posted January 21, 2013 Internally it works perfectly and the apps load up. I have a test PC with another internet connection and it just says it cannot connect to the remote computer
Achandler Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Sounds like everything isn't published properly, it is all done with internal info only, can you access the computer everything is published through remotely, e.g ping it.
Techdw Posted January 21, 2013 Author Posted January 21, 2013 Externally i can get the log on remote screen up, when i log on I can see the Apps, but when I click on them thats when it says cannot connect to remote computer
