I'm developing a strange love of reading court notes at the moment; I think it's how unexpectedly clear and well stated they are, instead of the dry twisted legalese you expect to come across.

 

That was brilliant though. And perfectly pitched, as well - Apple have been petulant children, so the court has played Disappointed Parent - especially para 32.
