Carter Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 Can someone with a working Profile Manager running, can you run the following commands in Terminal.app and see if the following ports are "LISTEN"? Ports Used by Profile Manager: 2195 2196 5223 443 1640 Command: sudo lsof -nP | grep TCP I ask this because we are having issues with our servers properly using the Certificate we have through a known trusted provider and profile manager through IOS devices. We have the ports open but the srver doesn't seem to have them all as "LISTEN" when I run this. Thanks!!

Make sure any network firewalls in place allow those ports out. Edited October 23, 2012 by -Tim
