Exchange Message Delivery Settings

Hi guys me again with yet another exchange query :oops:

 

Right i have found a way to limit how many reciptents you can put in an email but i want to restrict it to 1 for the kids and unlimited for the staff, is this possible by creating a second message delivery policy thing in exchange system manager or do i just have to set them both at the same number eg 10.

Right i have found a way to do it now but involves editing each user account inidividually!!! is there any way to make mass changes to user accounts.

 

The setting is in the following place:

Open AD on exchange, open properties of user, exchange general tab, delivery options, recipitent numbers.
