LGFL 2.0 - Citrix MIP Request

Hi,

 

We have some external LA staff who require the use of Citrix to access their office workstations for email and remote apps.

 

Has anyone filled out an MIP request to have this unblocked by atomwide? I know I need ports 1494 and 2598 allowed but I'm not sure if I need tcp or udp or both.

 

If anyone has already done this could you please let me know.

Hi, They are TCP ports, but only if you want direct ICA access, if you are connecting via a CAG (Citrix Access Gateway) then they only need port 80 and 443 as the rest is handled by the CAG directly. CAG is the sensible way to do it .....
