Mouse pad constant click

One of our Toshiba's (Satalite Pro C660) has started acting like the buttons are constantly being clicked. If you hover over an icon long enough you will have several of the program open.

 

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, new drivers and fiddling with settings. I've given it a good clean incase something was stuck. I've ran Malware Bytes and picked up one issue but that hasnt helped. Done System Restore to the earliest date i could. Nothing helps.

 

USB Mouse doesnt have any issues. Plus i cant get them damn thing to go on the internet, may/may not be related.

 

Any other ideas before i start the ball rolling as a hardware issue and hoping it is under warranty.

Sounds like the pad/buttons are borked. I had the same issue on my personal Acer, to start with i just disabled tap to click, but i ended up getting a new track pad/buttons assembly from Ebay and all was well.
