Connecting with a Apple mini

Hi,

 

I can't test this myself as I come out in a rash touching apple products but a parent has reported that when she tries to connect to the HAP portal she is getting a ID certificate error. Can ayone shed any light on this as I don't have a mac mini to test this on, she does say her iPad works fine.

 

Not a HAP issue I imagine but tenuosuly linked.

I connect with both iPad and Mac Mini. I've not had any problems. Seeing its a certificate error, might it be lack of HTTPS in URL or maybe the users browser or browser version or settings? I usually find that Safari is more reliable on Apple devices than Chrome, Firefox etc.... Especially with HAP
