How to Set Client Screen on Remote Desktop Connection

Hi,

 

I've used RDC to connect to a computer around the school today, and the lovely student turned the computer off. Obviously you can still turn off using the power button, however is there anyway that using Remote Desktop Connection you can display a specified screen at the client end (e.g. Updates in Progress - Please Do Not Use'. )
