Help me find a small battery!

I'm replacing an internal battery from an old Canon PowerShot A80 as it would not power on any more and it is the only thing left to check. I've followed quite an extensive set of instarctions to remove it and am now left trying to locate a replacement.

The battery is a MS614S (apparently made by Seiko) and I'm struggling to locate a replacement. If you can find one on CPC or any UK online retailer then please let me know. It's be a shame to have to bin an elderly, but otherwise excellent camera.

I'm guessing you've found these people ... not UK basedand not cheap either (but then neither is the A80 replacement)

It's not quite the right spec. Has to be the same as this I'm afraid: MS614S-FL28E Seiko Instruments | Mouser

Many sites are now reporting the battery as being obsolete, but some factories in China are still making them.

This looks like it might be the right spec? Height is 0.1mm off but that could be down to a bad imperial to metric conversion.

Thanks, but it won't fit I'm afraid. After seeing just how much the camera itself is going for on eBay, and weighing the faffing around to get a new battery against the fact that the camera may still not work after getting one, it's off to the recycling centre for it I'm afraid.
