penfold Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 Further to this thread I have now been told that the likely reason the photocopying doesn't charge is due to it not being set in "Vendor Mode". I am currently awaiting a response for how to do this, but in the mean time does anyone know how to do this for a Ricoh Aficio MP C2050? Or is this one of those things that only an eningeer will do via a callout?
penfold Posted September 28, 2012 Author Posted September 28, 2012 Ignore this thread, managed to play around with the settings and found what I need so we have sorted it....Setting wasn't vendor mode was just under external charge settings in case anyone needs it in the future
