[sims] How can we enter exam results manually into course manager?

Hi All

 

One of our office staff has asked me the question "How can we enter exam results manually into course manager?" I don't have a clue! done a quick search on google and on here and can't find the answer, thought I'd ask on here before I asked capitia.

When you are in the Census view, as part of trying to run the Census, you will get a box at the bottom of the screen which highlights any fields that should contain an exam result, i.e. the completed date for the course has passed. Enter a grade and a pass, etc. and save.

You can read exam results straight back into SIMS from the exam board results files - I'm fairly sure you can do this even if you didn't enter throug SIMS.
