We require an enthusiastic and self-motivated ICT & Media Support Technician. The successful candidate will help provide and develop an efficient and effective ICT technical support service to the school, staff and students, under the direction of the Network Manager. The ability to diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical/application problems is critical.

 

The post also includes responsibilities for developing and maintaining the School’s website and Virtual Learning Environment.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the successful candidate will show an ability to engage with a diverse range of support requirements for both staff and students.
