I keep getting an issue where my terminal server is getting clogged up with gigabyte beyond gigabyte of user profiles? Surely this isn't right is it? What have I set wrong?

We use a vanilla 2003 server XP client network, with roaming profiles. Some rooms have terminal clients in them which connect to a 2003 Windows Terminal Server using Thinclient.

I've read somewhere that I need to set a different profile for users to use when connecting to a terminal session, but if I do that how will it affect the end users?

We never reboot our TS here. Never seemed to have had problems with profiles clogging it up, it runs very smoothly.

Yes I agree, All of ours do to, with one exception. The TS box never gets a reboot, and quite frankly it's been up for about 3 months now without the need for one, without any problems developing whatsoever.

Until the next reboot

@kerrymoralee9280: Of Topic But if you have not rebooted your TS server in 3 Months I take it you don't patch it??

I know that there have ben fixes for W2k3 that have required reboots....

Just a thought....
