Can anyone suggest a tool for staff to reset student passwords and unlock accounts

Ideally the application should require the staff member entering their password and idles out after 15 mins so we don't get issues where wondering little fingers play on unlocked and unattended machines.

 

I can't really develop one due to workload. Needs to be VERY easy to use by non-technical staff.
