Resetting Outlook 2010 Profile

I have a user who has got a corrupt outlook profile - how do I reset this? Im running Outlook 2010 on a win 7 client with a vanilla ad network with roaming profiles??

go into control panel, the mail applet and delete the outlook profile from there.

I've disabled cp acces for staff, I seem to remember a policy to allow indervidual cp probs? I've tried to put a link to mail but get told access denied at present

So move the user out of the GPO scope temporarily, fix it then put the account back.

the /profiles switch for outlook should also bring up the profile selection dialoguge
