PCounter deleting letter jobs

Hi

 

we have a problem with PCounter and HPCP2025 printers.

 

The jobs from students all ways end up being letter, initially pcounter was deleting the job and logging it as rejected. So we enabled letter as a paper type on the pcounter properties now the job appears to print, it even deducts from the users balance but does not print, it just dissappears.

 

Staff printing is okay. The paper size gets sent as A4?

 

if we change the printer from the pcounter port and revert it back to standard tcp/ip port it prints as a student. So i believe pcounter is modifiying the job in some way before it reaches the printer?

 

Any Ideas?
