How to Register Ruckus Gear?

Got some shiny new Ruckus gear and would like to upgrade the firmware to get the map view working. We have a three year support thing so I think I just need to register it. Problem is I have followed the instructions in the ZD control site to email the registration CSV to [email protected] from two separate addresses and waited a couple of weeks for no reply.

 

Anyone got any hints or do I need to go through the supplier to get it sorted?

Know you are notbin the UK but im pretty sure our updates come through our supplier Net-Ctrl - possibly the same applie in your part of the World?

Grr, another one where I need to keep emailing the suppliers for updates. Hopefully they can furnish me with a logon or something.

 

Still interesting that the registration email yields no reply though.

I seem to remember having trouble registering our kit too, so i got our supplier to push it through. We now have a logon to the site so we can download firmware, manuals, etc
