I did see on Phil's Twitter that they're rebuilding it though, so, maybe in the not to distant future it'll be much better.

I think your thinking of the backoffice move to MS Dynamics CRM. Pretty sure they won't be replacing the whole of supportnet, they could integrate it with office 365 and sharepoint I guess... having said that it would be a dangerous move for them.. what with Microsoft already starting to enter the schools MIS market (kinda) - Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Education Management

Just to confirm what's happening with this:

 

Summer introduced the ability to include Non EDI qualifications and as such has increased significantly the number of awards in the broadsheet. The “54” error has been present for some time, but in the past has not been triggered. It refers to the limit of three pages of 18 columns being exceeded.

 

This has now been increased to 6 pages i.e.108 but as it is not patchable, it will be included in the first available release.
