Got a problem...

Think i've done everything by the book, including the HAP identity permissions to HAP and appdata folders, which i had to set via icacls on command line.

Initially i got the error about the SVG mimetype, but i just removed that line, i've never even seen an svg file on this network!

After the certificate error, which I expect, i get the following error (see image) and I can't navigate to anywhere within the site.

Help!

Red crosses are a sign of something not working. Check your AD settings, you can check these in the hapConfig.xml file as well.

If you can look at the cookies being set you should see HAPToken, if this is missing then something is very wrong.

HAP+ wont work until setup is completed.

Ok, I'm confused again... I have nothing on my hardrive called or containing HAPToken. I am getting red crosses on everything that can have either a red cross or a tick by it and I have no idea why.

I have red crosses at:

IIS7 integrated pipeline: I have absolutely made sure that the hap apppool is set in basic settings to use "managed pipeline mode: integrated"

Services activated: I have no idea what services these are!

App_Data Write Accs: I have set this at command line with icacls and I can see it in the edit permissions area.

I have managed to add and save active directory config.

The crosses mean something isn't write. Check you havent missed a configuration step as IIS7 Integrated Pipeline mode should be automatic in II7.

In the browser browse to /hap/api/setup and tell me what it says. Also try /hap/api/setup/help
