PLC XE40 projector

Does anyone know how to take out the projector lens out of one of these? i have mine opened up just cant figure out how to take this out thanks!

Disconnect the PCB board, then there should be 4 screws holding the lense to the case

Is the PCB board the big computer chip thing on the top?

And im talking about the acutal glass lens inside of the focus spinner. Im trying to take this out because someone who assembled my projector screwed the focus thing in wrong and now it doesnt spin to focus the picture i dont wanna crank it to hard and break that lens so i want to get that out so i can try and spin it into place

Yes the PCB board is the large green board once you remove the lid. It's connected with about 7 screws and lots of connections and the 3 prisim ribbions.

 

I don't think you can get into the lense tube as it's a sealed unit, but it's been a while since I took one out to look at it properly, as I normally just clean out the dust from the optic tracks.
