Infrastructure and Projects coordinator – North London - £28-30K

Large educational establishment with the latest technologies requires a technical projects and infrastructure officer with strong experience in Windows Enterprise systems, exchange 2010, server 2008, sharepoint, vmware, HP LAN, SAN and ideally knowledge of education specific systems like SIMS, Learning Gateway etc

You will be working under the direction of the Technical Services Manager and will help to guide ICT strategy. You will be dealing with escalated helpdesk problems that cannot be resolved by the tech team. Your role will be vital in ensuring that the schools IT and comms systems are fully able to support excellent teaching and learning.

You will have demonstrable core windows and virtual server knowledge, some management and projects experience ideally within an educational setting. Essential to this role will be a drive to improve and develop systems from a position of excellent technical competency. Candidates with a degree and/or MCSE would be preferred
