Access Programs and Features remotely

As the title says - does anyone know how to access the Programs and features menu from the control panel on a remote machine without using Remote Desktop or VNC ?

 

 

I have Sophos on a machine but I need to remove it and remove some of the files in Program Files but can't do it unless I remove it.... Unfortunately you can't do this on Enterprise Console (as far as I know)

 

 

Anyone know how to do this without actually going to logon to the machine!

I think your only option is a removal script which you could run at startup or you could still dial in remotely and manually run a VBS or BAT file. Quicker than removing manually.

 

Unfortunately I don't have one to hand, sorry!
