Creating a password protected shared folder on Skydrive/Dropbox

Basically I want to create a folder that I can have people upload photo's into but I want that folder to have a password. I don't want people to have to login to a skydrive or Dropbox account, but I would like to be able to provide a link which goes directly to the folder but only allows access when they provide a password. Is this possible?

 

This is for personal use and not work.

I am fairly sure DB does not allow this, DB is fairly basic in it's share security anyway.

To do this do I:

- Install the client software

- Create the shared folder as public

- Encrypt & set password

- Get link to provide to others?
