hi there,

has anyone got any suggestions on how I can transfer a heavily populated calendar from outlook over to Live@Edu or is this going to be a manual entry job?

thanks in anticipation.

You can import mailboxes from Outlook 2007/2010 to Live@Edu, but when I researched the same issue last week, it seems impossible to migrate calendars.

Is it just me or does the lack of calendar import function seem a bizarre omission!?!

Extremely bizarre and something Microsoft should include. Outlook allows exporting of calendars, so you'd think Microsoft would allow importing into Live@Edu.

With my test account I have exported the calendar to PST.

I then opened up outlook on my stand alone machine and run through the setup to connect to my Live@Edu account. Once this connected I was then able to import the calendar PST file into my existing Live@Edu calendar. Happy days! :)

I wonder if there are any differences between Live@Edu and Office365 platforms regarding the import of calendars?

I don't think so to be honest but I maybe wrong!
