I have to post this link to a YouTube video and the corresponding website for a little gymnastics club in south east London.

 

As the title said, all the people involved, the gymnasts, the coaches and parents that volunteer their time are truly amazing. Falcon Spartak is an all inclusive gymnastics club which meets 4 times a week and cater for all people regardless of ability and have changed lives, including my son's.

 

The video is of the fun/open day we held last week. Enjoy, it should make you smile
