My Files - Error (HAP v7.10)

We are still having problems with the MyFiles part of HAP. We are wanting to make this live ready for September and would like to use the MyFiles part as it looks quite good. However, the error that we are getting is this:

This is probably a really simple fix but I have different things - like copying the relevant files from a downloaded copy of the HAP.

I have managed to fix this error by adding local="en-gb" to the hapconfig.xml file (add it to line 2 between the < >
