[sims] Missing late marks - the fix is..?

Does anyone know the fix for sudden missing late marks? The Capita KB article isn't much help. Is it just a patch from Capita for the fix? What is the cause?

What's the KB? What circumstances led them to go missing? Is it possible the register is being marked by two different people?

Sounds like a cover up to me! Or they don't know what the issue is. Did you contact your support for any more details yet?

It's been logged out to Capita but no update yet from them. Annoying as we can't run the reports we need.

Leave feedback on the KB so they can send the message back through the right channels.

To be fair the cover ups are usually a lot more elaborate, and don't involve posting a KB article for all to see.
