Clickview Offline

Hi All,

 

Our clickview library server has gone offline and wont come back online? any ideas what could cause this?

Ive tried clicking on "start Library Server" but this wont put it back online.

No we do have a valid license.

Have you tried backing it up then reinstalling the latest version over the top. Also check the event logs for any related errors.

Has the service got the right login?

As above, could be to the system itself in order to run the service, I think it should run as a network service. It could also be an issue with it logging into its own database. Have you contacted their tech support, they are pretty good in my experiences with them.

Thanks for all your responses. It turned out to be a dodgey password which meant it couldnt start the service. So basically what you have said above!
