[ms office - 2003] Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments:******.mdb.

Can anbody tell me how to stop the above message happening in Outlook 2003 when receiving attachments?

· Open REGEDIT on the computer affected (you must have local admin rights)

· Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security

(Note that 10.0 should be replaced with your latest version – e.g. Office 2010 = 14.0)

· In the right hand side of the screen, right-click and choose New > String

· Call the new string “Level1Remove”

· Double click on the new string and add “.MDB;.VBS”

(Note you don’t need to add .VBS, but this shows that you must add a ; before new extensions)

· Close down REGEDIT

· Restart Outlook and browse to the email which previously had the blocked attachments.
