RichCowell Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 I signed up for Google Apps for Education last week, but was disappointed to find we were limited to 10 users, and have to pay for one of the Business Options... Am I missing something? Is it not free for schools any more? :-/

edutech4schools Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 It is totally free for education and will give you as many email accounts as you need. You must have signed up for the personal version.
cromertech Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 There are limitations until you sign up and have been approved as an educational establishment. For us this took about a week but it could take longer depending on demand at the time.
iandc6 Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 I second what cromer tech states, you need to prove you're and educational establishment.
InterwebsGuy Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Slightly OT with this.. but is it just me that can't work out how to sign up to Office365 for Education? I can only see how to sign up to Live@edu. I am assuming they have different enrolments/joining pages? Unless you sign up to Live@edu and wait for your account to be migrated to Office365 Edu? I'm fed up with Google Apps, hence why I ask.

InterwebsGuy Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Office 365 is not out for education yet, only Live@Edu. Interesting, that is not what I had heard.. but that kind of explains why I cannot find the sign up page! Cheers & Beers!
