Most probably the way IE handles padding and margins. I think Firefox and chrome have their padding outside the table rows and cols and IE does padding inside.

 

Sorry for the vague reply but it's something like that :)

 

If you post a link or your CSS I'd be happy to take a look.

There isn't much there as I have just started to create it. I have googled the problem but haven't found a solution. :(

Hi,

 

It seems to display fine in IE9 on my laptop. Is the issue when viewing in IE itself or in IE preview tab in dreamweaver? If it's in dreamweaver what does it look like when viewed in IE?

The table row at the top containing the picture sits at the bottom of the page rather than around the picture, it was previewed from Dreamweaver but the other browsers are fine. My OU tutor will mark it previewing it in Firefox, says it all really! :)
