Staff bulletin

Afternoon,

 

I am re-looking the idea of implementing a staff bulletin system on our network. I posted a similar thread back along (http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-7/93934-staff-briefing-messages.html), however I would like to look into alternative methods.

 

The basic requirements are:

 

Staff log in, a "pop up" appears containing a bulletin notice board. This will also have the ability for staff to add further notices.

 

I know this sounds a long shot, but has anyone come across software or systems that is capable of this? Or does anyone have a pop up notice board system in place?

 

I have looked at ideas mentioned previously (http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-7/93934-staff-briefing-messages.html) but the school want a automated system so the pop up appears on each log in.

 

Really appreciate any help.
