Need a driver for an APC USB - Serial converter

We got a ton of these with recent UPS's, but as they have all gone in cabs with just switches in, theres no use for them

 

So I thought they would be useful for some departments who want to use serial devices with the laptops (which of course lack serial ports)

 

Plug it in and its detected right, but no driver can be found, and theres nothing on the APC website for it either that I can see. Plus no CD came with the UPS

 

The only part number on the cable is 940-0272. Dont suppose by any freak luck someone has a driver that works with this?
