As part of my research into Moodle support providers and SIMS integration the product on offer by R-L is advanced and competitively priced. We've not commited to them yet but it looks inevitable. If any one has any advice or experience with R-L they'd like to share (good or bad) then please drop me a PM. (Don't want this to become a slagging match or anything)

Are you looking at moodle hosting and SIMS integration as a package or SIMS integration as stand alone? LUNs are able to offer the package and also refer on for standalone integration. Might be worth a comparison.

Checked out LUNS. This thread is really aimed at feedback on Remote-Learner as an organisation and the Overnetdata product they offer.
