Register Scanners

Afternoon all,

 

I've got two scanners here that we used to scan registers with (the type that look like multiple choice exam papers).

 

All our registers have been done through ePortal now for a year so I've no use for them, if you still do registers that way and need a machine, let me know and they're yours.

OMR readers is the correct terminology i think and we have one also but do not use. I have to find out first if ours is loaned through the LEA if not then it is free to a good home also.

Guys how does this e portal scanner work

we are currently using Tokairo with scanners and would love a online system

It's not a scanner, it's a web interface for our MIS system so they just log in through a browser and do the registers that way.

 

It's part of the Facility CMIS package

Just don't use it for any difficult custom reports, it's a minefield of undocumented functions =)

yes although ours is a manual scanning system it does do good reports and publishing of the reports online,
