SLG and RM Smartcache

Hi

 

We have recently had SLG set up and are having problems getting access to it when the proxy is set to our smartcache. I know this is more a RM problem than sims but as they havent been able to resolve it as yet i thought that another school may have had the same problem

Try putting in a proxy exception into your Internet Explorer settings for your SLG address.

But as its a hosted SLG and an external site the exception would take it as being a local address
