Our school has various facilities that it hires out, and so requires users to sign a contract of agreement. To speed things up, we try to do this electronically. Previously I was using an old version of Acrobat Pro to create a PDF form which could be saved and sent back - but the saving only works in older versions of Adobe Reader. It seems unless you have Adobe Lifecycle then this isn't going to be possible. I've even tried other PDF form creators but hit by the same limitation when trying to save with Adobe Reader.

So is there a better solution that I am missing? I know there are ways to get just the data emailed back to you, and then you can import it back into the form, but I'd rather avoid this step.

We do have a website (running Joomla) that I thought perhaps I could install an extension to make an online form, but again that isn't going to email back a completed copy ready to print...or is there a way to do this online? Doesnt have to be a PDF, could equally be a HTML file

Any ideas?
