theTechie Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 (edited) Hi, I'm currently trying to get Dragon to work on a CC4 Windows 7 PC. The user of the PC is a privileged user and installed the software without any problems. However shortly after loading Dragon the user gets an APPCRASH: Event ID: 1000 Task Category: (100) Faulting application name: natspeak.exe, version: 11.50.100.39, time stamp: 0x4dea31e2 Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7600.16850, time stamp: 0x4e21132b Exception code: 0xe06d7363 Fault offset: 0x00009673 Faulting process id: 0xb18 Faulting application start time: 0x01cd3376dbd6f380 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking11\Program\natspeak.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: 35f62a86-9f6a-11e1-bc34-0001807a3843 Anyone seen this before and know how to fix it? north-ict Posted September 17, 2014 Posted September 17, 2014 Hey guys I just recently installed this software on RM CC4.3 and having the exact same problem any resolutions? Thanks in advance
techie1982 Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 I have a school that recently bought a site license for this and have advised they use a standalone laptop for time being until I can workout how/if this will package up. It seems to install stuff everywhere and creates profiles for every user that uses it. Not got very for with it so could also do with some advice.
MikeGreen Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 Hi, I am having this issue on a CC4.4 workstation. just wondered if anyone had managed to resolve this? Cheers
