I have found RM Integris & Serco Facility

 

Are they any others out there which "tick all the boxes" ??

If you check this post there is a list, and reading the rest of the thread will give you some more info on the process leading to the IMLS framework mentioned.

There are others in the market that are not on the list which i'll be posting up separately soon.

Please explain. Who has the hardware MIS?

I realise that was a little cryptic and I need to keep it that way but look at the scoring system, see what the pass mark is and see how many marks you can get without meeting any of the software requirements. Also the core MIS requirement does not include Exams or Curriculum Management.

@PhilNeal interested to hear your perspective on this (PM?) as I did some research and everyone on the list is a supplier or reseller. Unless you mean software is no longer available... That is another matter.

 

And yes, not everyone on the list offers a complete package for schools, as Phil has indicated. I counted * suppliers that do.
