SAM Learning Issues

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with SAM Learning at present. In a class of 30 students, we have around 15 having issues with some aspects taking upto 5 minutes to load.

We have ran a tracert to SAM Learning as there support department insist that we are the only school with an issue and that we have a bottle neck but the trace route shows otherwise.

Speedtest shows 70mbps down and 30mbps.

 

Any help \ feedback as to whether or not you are having the same issues would be really appreciated.
